Broadband Setup
With so many broadband deals it can be difficult to choose. Ocean PCs aren't tied to any one supplier so we can help pick the service that's right for you. If you just need someone to plug it all together, we'll happily do that too as part of our callout service.
Health Check
We'll collect your computer from you and carry out an annual service, which includes: a scan for viruses, removal of malware and install any updates. We'll also recommend any upgrades to improve performance. We aim to return machines within 48 hrs for £49.99
Viruses
Sometimes we can remove viruses onsite but if they're complicated we'll have to take your computer back to the workshop. Ultimately, we'll save the data, remove the operating system and data, create a fresh installation of windows and reinstate the data.
Laptop Spares
The unique nature of laptop batteries means that they're shipped direct to you from our suppliers - saving you time and money. Ocean PCs are rarely beaten for a fast turnaround.
Upgrades
There are lots of options to upgrade your existing computer. A quick visit and a quick chat is usually all it takes to find a solution. We'll source and return with the right parts to breathe life into your tiring machine.
Repairs
Some problems can be resolved in minutes but others take longer. Our aim is to keep you informed of progress and costs all the way. We'll not order parts or run up a bill without your authority. If we think it's time to call a halt, we'll tell you.
New Computers
There are a bewildering number of choices available now: PC? Netbook? Notebook? Off-the-shelf? Custom-built? We can advise you on choices so that you get a machine that gives you good value for your budget. See the New PCs section for more details.
Consultancy
Know what you want but not sure how to achieve it? For example, what is the best way to have a printer that all can use without one user slowing the system down? For a modest fee we'll visit you, talk you through the options and point you in the right direction.
