The majority of our customers live in the Hove to Seaford area.

We always strive to resolve computer repair problems quickly onsite, however, when this isn't practical we'll collect your machine, take it to the workshop and return it within an agreed timeframe.

The standard charge is £45.00, which covers the first hour. We then charge £15 for each half hour thereafter.

We don't pretend to do a free callout service then hit you with a big bill later. We try to be transparent - no hidden costs.

Payments can be made using Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque (below £500) and Bank Transfer. We don't offer any credit or account facilities.

All payments are due for settlement upon completion of the work.

Special orders need to be paid for in full before an order is placed. As we do not hold limited stock, all orders are deemed to be special orders. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

To avoid constant repetition, on this website, "computers" refers to PCs (Personal Computers), NUCs and laptops.

Prices were correct as at 16th February 2018. We will try our hardest to stick to these prices but where components are sourced externally they can only be indicative. We will happily provide an updated quote if any items appeal to you.

VAT doesn't need to be added to any of the figures quoted on the website.
